Measure the circumference of the knee over the kneecap with a straight leg. Connect the tape measure properly. For a normal fit choose the size corresponding to the measured circumference. If in doubt between sizes or for a tight fit choose the smaller size.

Our triple ply knee sleeves are made from a sturdy triple layer of polyester-rubber blend and are 30 cm long. These knee sleeves are specially designed to reduce the risk of injury and optimize your performance. Thanks to the unique combination of polyester and rubber, our triple ply knee sleeves offer excellent stiffness combined with a strong elastic effect. This lets you perform heavier squats with more confidence and power.
Compared to 7mm neoprene sleeves, the 3-ply knee sleeves are thicker and provide more compression due to their material composition.
