3. Who is responsible for processing my personal data?
Barbelts established at Aldebaran 14, 2743 ML Waddinxveen, is the data controller for the purposes of this privacy policy.
4. When does this privacy policy apply?
This privacy policy applies to all personal data that barbelts.com processes from everyone who has (had) contact with barbelts.com.

Personal data is any data that can be traced back to you as an individual. Think of your name, phone number, address or e-mail address
6. Who do we process personal data from and how do we obtain this data?
We process the personal data of everyone who has (had) direct or indirect contact with barbelts.com, such as (business) customers and contact persons of partners.
We receive the data directly from you when you visit our website, create an account and enter certain data or when you contact our customer service.
In some cases, we receive your data from others. When someone sends a gift directly to you, we receive your name and address details. We may also receive information from other parties, but only if you have given them permission to provide us with certain information.
7. What data do we process from you, what do we use it for and how long are they stored?
Information for processing your order
If you order something, we need certain information from you to be able to deliver your order and to keep you informed about your order. We also need this information for any returns. For this purpose, we collect your name, e-mail address, addresses, payment details and telephone number. The data is necessary to execute the agreement you have entered into with us. If necessary for proper processing, we may also provide your personal details to third parties. You can read more about this in the privacy policy. By law, we must keep the data relating to your order for 7 years.
Data in your account
In your personal account we store the following data: your name, (delivery and home / business) address(es), telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth (if you have specified), payment details. We keep the data in your account as long as you are an active customer. If you have not logged in with us for 7 years, we will delete all your data. You can also request to have your data removed at any time.
Contact form and newsletter
Our webshop offers you the opportunity to ask questions using a contact form, where you are asked to fill in various details to process your query. You choose which data you provide. The data you send us will be kept as long as necessary according to the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail for a complete response and handling.
We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link by which you can unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will automatically be added to the list of subscribers.
Location data
If required for the service, we may collect location data (GPS) from you. Your consent will be asked for at the time of collection.
These (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of the navigation/mapping software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by Google or Apple themselves, for example. We have no influence on this. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy statements of the provider in question.
Advertising
In addition to the information on our website, we may also inform you of our new products, offers and competitions via e-mail and social media.

Our webshop makes use of cookies. Cookies can also be placed by third parties that we have engaged.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our web shop. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google in order to make agreements about how our data is handled. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, and finally we have anonymised the IP addresses.
8. With whom will your data be shared?
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We may pass on your data to our partners if this is necessary for the performance of our contract with you or to comply with a statutory obligation.
9. How is your data secured?
We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data. In particular, we take the following measures: We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) which shield all information between you and our website when you enter personal data.
10. What rights can you exercise in relation to your personal data?
Right to information
You have the right to receive an understandable and transparent explanation of how we handle your personal data and what rights you can exercise in this respect. In this privacy policy, we have therefore explained in detail which data of yours we collect and how we deal with your data.
Right of access
You have the right to ask us at any time to inspect the data we hold about you.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is incorrect or outdated and/or to have it completed if it is incomplete.
