The Sand double prong weightlifting belt offers excellent support for all types of strength training. The fitted design prevents problems around the hips and ribs, while the 10 cm wide back support ensures that you can perform to the maximum. The double stitching, comfortably finished edges and the strongest leather together ensure a lifetime of lifting pleasure.

Measure the waist circumference around the belly button without pulling in the belly. Keep the measuring tape tight and select the size where the waist circumference falls most centrally.

Disclaimer: Ich nutze den Gürtel für Kettlebell Sport (Girevoy). Dafür ist er nicht gemacht und daher auch nicht perfekt, aber er erfüllt für mich als Einsteiger seinen Zweck und stützt die Ellbogen in der Rack-Position. Materialqualität und Verarbeitung sind top. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Logo auf der Rückseite wurde leicht schief eingestanzt. Aber das seh ich beim Training selber ja nicht. Wie der Gürtel beim klassischen Gewichtheben performt, kann ich aus oben genanntem Grund nicht beurteilen.
