Measure the circumference of the knee over the kneecap with a straight leg. Connect the tape measure properly. For a normal fit choose the size corresponding to the measured circumference. If in doubt between sizes or for a tight fit choose the smaller size.

The Onyx knee sleeves are made of 5mm thick premium neoprene with the maximum allowable length of 30 cm. The knee sleeves are designed to reduce the risk of injury and maximize performance. The unique tube-like design design with a single line of stitching on the back and a double diagonal stitching provides the best possible support.
5mm knee sleeves are suitable for all training types (weightlifting, crossfit, endurance & powerlifting) that require both dexterity and support. 7mm sleeves are particularly suitable for short and heavy exercises (powerlifting).
Washing instructions: hand wash with water.
