Experience unmatched grip, comfort, and performance with the Barbelts Ultra Lifting Grips. Designed to take your workout performance to the next level while protecting your hands and wrists. Perfect for pull-ups, all types of row exercises (e.g., barbell row), kettlebells, and more.
With the textured grip material, you’ll always have a firm and secure hold, no matter the surface. Whether it's a barbell, metal rings, or a pull-up bar, these grips allow you to train longer without losing your grip.
Use the size chart to determine the correct size. When in doubt, choose the smaller size.
Composition: 70% natural rubber, 15% neoprene, 15% polyester.
When performing pulling exercises such as pull-ups, rows, or deadlifts, Ultra Lifting Grips are designed to fit securely—but not tightly—around the base of your hand. When properly fitted, you can easily rotate the palm piece to the back of your hand when the grips are not in use. It’s important to note that these grips are not meant to fit tightly around your wrist during pulling movements.
How to Position the Grips?
1) With the Ultra Lifting Grip positioned in front of your palm, place the lifting bar between your palm and the gripping portion of the grip. The palm piece should rest on the outside of the bar.
2) Using your fingertips, fold the thicker end of the grip over the top of the bar so it lies between the bar and your palm.
3) Grasp the bar as you normally would. At this point, the grip will lock securely, and you’re ready to perform your pulling exercise.
When performing pushing exercises such as bench presses or shoulder presses. Ultra Lifting Grips are designed to protect your hands and wrists.
Place the Ultra Lifting grips higher on your wrist and pull the strap snugly around your wrist. Tightening the wrist wrap provides additional support during pushing exercises.
How to Position the Grips?
1) Ensure the palm piece rests against the palm of your hand.
2) Place the weightlifting bar on top of the grip.
3) Grasp the bar as you normally would, allowing the grip to provide stability and protection during your exercise.
