Is your order not as expected? No problem at all. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to report the return or exchange. Returns are only possible in the original packaging and if the product is unused.

Are returns free of charge?

Returns are free from Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders from other countries, the return is not free. We offer affordable return labels via our return portal below. 

Region A: The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: free returns.
Region B: France, Luxembourg, Austria & Poland: € 5,- using our return portal below.
Region C: Spain mainland, Portugal & Denmark: € 8,- using our return portal below.
Region D: Did you order from a different country? The return is not free and has to be arranged by yourself.

How can I exchange or return my products?

Returns are easy and quick to arrange by clicking here. Enter your email address and order number and start the return process. The order number can be found in your confirmation email and on your packing slip (example: 30500, 31250). This portal can only be used if your order is delivered in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Spain, Portugal or Denmark.

Did you order from a different country? No problem, it is still possible to return your order. The best way to return your parcel is by contacting us at info@barbelts.com. We will provide you the instructions. The return is not free.
