The Barbelts lifting shoes have ultra-thin no slip soles with specific grip pattern for the best possible grip in all directions. The thin flat sole ensures that you are in full contact with the ground while the side support with the double velcro closure ensures that you receive all the stability you while lifting weights.

Get the most out of the shoe by sticking the velcro straps straight on.
For even more contact with the ground, it is possible to remove the insole.
