Measure the circumference of the knee over the kneecap with a straight leg. Connect the tape measure properly. For a normal fit choose the size corresponding to the measured circumference. If in doubt between sizes or for a tight fit choose the smaller size.

Our triple ply knee sleeves are made from a sturdy triple-layer polyester-rubber blend and measure 30 cm in length. These knee sleeves are specifically designed to reduce the risk of injury and optimize your performance. The unique polyester and rubber composition provides excellent stiffness combined with a high elastic effect, allowing you to perform heavier squats with more confidence and power.
The 3-ply knee sleeves are thicker and offer more compression compared to 7mm neoprene sleeves due to their material composition.
