Measure the circumference of the knee over the kneecap with a straight leg. Connect the tape measure properly. For a normal fit choose the size corresponding to the measured circumference. If in doubt between sizes or for a tight fit choose the smaller size.

These knee sleeves are designed to reduce the risk of injury and enhance your performance. Thanks to the combination of polyester and rubber, our double ply knee sleeves offer good compression with added flexibility, making them more comfortable and ensuring they do not restrict movement during your workout. Compared to 7mm neoprene sleeves, the double ply knee sleeves are thinner and more elastic, making them more comfortable for longer training sessions.
