This is my first lifting belt, and I spent a long time comparing different options before buying one. Initially, I was looking at traditional lever and prong belts, but eventually I chose this model.

After a few weeks of use, I can say that I am extremely happy with my decision. The quick-release mechanism combined with the adjustable settings is incredibly convenient. Being able to tighten or loosen the belt in seconds between sets makes a huge difference during training.

Efficace, confortable...

Ceinture très efficace, confortable et de très bonne facture. Je la trouve cependant un peu lourde (mais je n'ai pas pu comparé aux ceintures premium type SBD ou A7)
Le système de verrouillage est pratique car ajustable très rapidement.

Assembly was a tedious because of a screw being a bit meh, but some petro jelly fixed the issue for me. Besides that very happy. Sturdy, secure and happy with the adjustability of the clip.
