Measure the circumference of the knee over the kneecap with a straight leg. Connect the tape measure properly. For a normal fit choose the size corresponding to the measured circumference. If in doubt between sizes or for a tight fit choose the smaller size.

Compared to 7mm neoprene sleeves, the double ply knee sleeves are thinner and more elastic, making them more comfortable for longer training sessions.
