Hi there, we're sorry to hear about the issue with your belt. This problem can be solved easily!

All our belts are produced with top quality leather. Although we have taken into account that the break-in period is as short as possible, it can happen that a new belt is stiff and that the buckle does not close completely without the right tension on the belt. This is normal due to the strength of the leather!

With a new lever belt, it is necessary to attach the buckle in the correct position so that there is sufficient abdominal pressure on the belt. If the belt is too loose, the buckle may not stay closed. This can be solved by moving the buckle 1 or 2 holes so that the belt is tighter. After the break-in period, the buckle can be moved again.

Really great and good

Really great and good belt

Barbelts belt and buckle thread

Really solid belt. I initially had an issue with the buckle thread, but the customer service handled it exceptionally well and took a truly customer-focused approach. Great product and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

Top belt

Just got the belt — quality is amazing, and for the price it’s probably the best option out there. Comfortable, sturdy, and does exactly what it should. Highly recommended!

The best belt for this price

The belt is easy to install and is very "premium" quality for the price; it's the best value belt you'll find! Thank you.

Amazing customer service!

Regalo

good product
