Its two biggest advantages are that the belt is comfortable right away and molds better to your body, for unmatched protection and support during your training. The 3'' lever belt is ideal as a deadlift belt, giving you more freedom of movement without the belt holding you back. It is also suitable for athletes who struggle with wearing a 4'' belt (10cm wide) and are looking for a narrower alternative.

A screwdriver is required to attach the buckle to the belt.
